Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data Veloxion AG processes when you visit this website or contact us, and what your rights are. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we process when you visit this website

Server log data

When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs: your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. We use this data to deliver the website reliably and securely and to detect and prevent abuse. Log data is kept for a short period and then deleted. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

3. When you contact us

If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process your name, your company if you give it, your email address and the content of your message in order to answer you and to handle the matter you raise. We keep this correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and for as long as statutory retention duties require.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, acting as our processor; the sending records are kept by Resend for a short period. To prevent abuse, the form checks how many messages arrive from one connection; the IP address used for this check is not stored by us. Our mailbox is hosted with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). Where data is transferred outside Switzerland and the EEA, these providers rely on the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

4. Hosting

This website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, through its global network, which includes data centres in Switzerland and the European Union. Cloudflare processes the technical data described in section 2 on our behalf as a processor. Where data is transferred outside Switzerland and the EEA, Cloudflare relies on the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. 5. Your rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to its processing, within the limits of the applicable law. To exercise these rights, write to contact@veloxion.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, if you are in the EEA, with the supervisory authority of your country.
